Cooking Sous Vide..I take a shoulder, of the Forest of Deans, Wild Boar, vacuum seal it in a cooking bag, then slowly cook it for "80 HOURS", (yes, 80 hours) in a sous vide machine, resulting in, some seriously, amazing, pulled shoulder.. This is the ultimate way to slow cook any Meat, Fish ,Game and much more, The sous vide method of cooking is basically a temperature controlled water bath, which allows you to cook on a low, controlled temperature for a long time, resulting in moist, tender and juicy meat.
